MANILA (Mabuhay) — Korean pop star Sandara Park is returning to the Philippines in search for “a group of guys who sound great and look great” in the upcoming TV talent search “Pinoy Boyband Superstar.”
The 31-year-old expressed her excitement as she finally gets to seat as a judge in a reality talent search.
“Excited ako na magiging judge ako sa isang reality show sa Philippines kasi diyan nagsimula ang pangarap ko. Sobrang special ‘yan sa akin,” said Park, who rose to fame on “Star Circle Quest.”
According to Park, who is part of the Korean girl group 2NE1, she is looking for those who have “something special” that others don’t have.
“And I think it is important that they know how to support each other and make good chemistry,” she added.
When asked about her peg as a judge, she pointed to Abunda, who was part of the jury on the first season of “Star Circle Quest.”
“Kapag naaalala ko sa akin ‘yong mga sinabi niya sa akin, masakit. Pero kung iisipin ko ngayon, there were a lot that I needed to learn,” she said.
Apart from Park, actor Aga Muhlach, comedian Vice Ganda and singer Yeng Constantino will also be part of the “Pinoy Boyband Superstar” (MNS)
