The Philippines’ consumer confidence index score was 117 in the third quarter, down 5 points from the previous quarter, but still the highest in Southeast Asia.

Other ASEAN countries in the top 10 are Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The Nielsen Consumer Confidence Index survey covers 30,000 respondents in 61 countries.
